Listen to your inner voice

Release
Breath, move, yell, dance….

Always a choice. My freedom feels good
Remembering who I am and knowing what I am I am aware of how I serve. No longer questioning what is mine to do, I do it, without permission or hesitation and I am happy doing it. I feel it in my face.
